Sigh... What can I say? Out of the five Girls, she might not have been blessed with the most vocal talents, but she added a lot to the group in other ways, and they will miss her dearly, even if they don't realise it. And of all the Girls, the only one who's departure would sadden me more would be Melanie, so although I didn't weep and wail when the split was announced, I definitely wasn't a happy bunny.

But now, at last, it seems as if her career path is back on an upward slope. And I couldn't be happier. Go Geri GO!
