  This is a variation on the first sliding block puzzle. Rather than move one block at a time to re-arrange the picture, this puzzle moves entire rows and columns at once...

To shift a row left or right by one position, click the arrows to the left and right of the row. To shift a column up or down, click the arrows above and below the column.

Once you've got the hang of the controls, let the computer scramble the grid for you, by selecting a skill level. Training will always make 2 moves, one column shift and one row shift. Easy makes between 3 and 6 moves, Medium makes between 6 and 12 moves, and Hard makes between 12 and 24 moves. All you have to do is unscramble the grid, making as few moves as possible.

Sounds easy, doesn't it...
