Sporty Spice Mel C went to see baby Brooklyn yesterday - and she said she
hopes he will play for Liverpool.

Mel, a huge fan of the Kop favourites, sparked a great debate about the
mite's possible footballing future.  Earlier, David Beckham's dad Ted
said his ambition for his new grandson is "for him to play for Manchester
United, of course."
Grinning Sporty, 25, turned up at London's Portland Hospital wearing a
Baby Spice T-shirt and carrying a dozen silver and black balloons.
She spent 1 1/2 hours with Victoria and Becks - and cooed at the baby.
She said: "I'm really excited for them.  I hope Brooklyn plays for
Liverpool, not Man United, one day."
