Hello Chris and everyone else that is reading this...
My name is Grasiela and I'm a 19 year-old girl from Brazil.
Like in all places in the world, it's difficult to be a Spice Girls'
fan at my age... But I really don't care... I love them and this is
what matters. Well, Melanie is very special to me. I've never had a
"pop star idol", I'm a big fan of sports, but music?! I've never cared
about music... Until I see Wannabe and then SYBT... I thought: "They're
different, and who's that girl wearing an Adidas tracksuit and doing that
backflips?!" I started to watch MTV just to see them again and again...
Then on May '97 I had the opportunity to watch the Brit's on the cable
channel... Oh God, that was the night that I had to stop denying that I
didn't care about them. WDYTYA is my favorite SG's song and that famous
line from Mel: "Liam, come and have a go if you think you're hard enough!"
made me thought: "Oh, this is my girl!". She is perfect! She is talented,
funny, has a fantastic voice, she's down to earth and loves football! And
the most important: she doesn't seem to be a superstar, she's a simple
person... I think that's the reason I love her... Oh, I have to say... I'm
not lesbian! Everybody is talking about her new image... I don't know, in
my opinion she's growing up and now she has a lot of money... If I was
rich I wouldn't wear Adidas tracksuit forever... Anyway, the image doesn't
matter, what really matters is what is "inside" her..."Do you know what I
mean?!" :-) And I think she's the same "tracksuit Melanie"... One of my
dreams is to meet her, but sometimes I think this is not a good idea... I
don't know... First of all I don't think I'd be able to talk properly,
then she would think I'm an idiot and second, maybe she's not what I
imagine she is... And I don't want to be disappointed... Only God knows
what will happen... I am sure that when Melanie starts to "surf" on the
net she'll come to this fabulous site, in my opinion the best of all SG's
site on the web... So, Melanie: I love you, you're the best! Oh, I hope
you come back to Brazil... And please come to the right places (Sao Paulo
and Rio de Janeiro) because Manaus was a big, big mistake!

Oh, now I'd like to say somethig to you English people...
What you have done to Beckam after World Cup was really  unfair! He's one
of the best football players in the world! That's all... Ronaldo and
Brazil Rules!!! Come to Brazil, the most beautiful place in the globe!
PS: I'm sorry about my lousy english... It was not one of my best issues
